This course provides an overview of project management that builds a shared understanding of PM methods applicable to a wide variety of fields and industries. Built around understanding the Project Management Life Cycle, this includes an introduction to the terms, skills, common mistakes, and successful strategies of project management in an approachable format.

Delivered by UM faculty and PMP, Dr. Jason Triche, the module is built around an understanding of the PM Life Cycle.
