Join Dr. Tobin Shearer, professor at the University of Montana for part 1 of a two part series in diagnosing organizational inequity. In this five hour, self-paced, training you will develop the vocabulary and conceptual fluency necessary for identifying barriers to diversity and equity in the workplace.
